General Regulations

  • The working day is divided into two sessions. The morning session is from 8.45 a.m. to 11.50 a.m. and the afternoon from 12.40 p.m. to 3.30p.m. On Saturdays there will be only the morning session from 8.40a.m. to 12.45 p.m.
  • Pupils will be required to stay after class to take part in games and other co-curricular activities, but not beyond 5.30 p.m
  • There will be school assembly every morning. At the bell at 8.45 a.m. students should gather in silence for the assembly. There will be prayer, followed by thought for the day,recitation and reading the current news etc. Notices if any,will be given by the Headmistress.
  • If students arrive after the assembly, they should not enter the classroom, without first presenting themselves to the headmistress.
  • a) Every pupil should invaribly be present on the reopening day after the holidays. in case of any grave reason for absence,the parent should meet the Headmistress before taking leave. Just a leave not stating the reason for absence will not suffice.

    b) If a pupil is unable to attend the class due to illness or unforeseen reasons,the parent/guardian should invariably send a leave note or bring it when she comes to class.

    c) if leave is required for reasons other than illness,the student should approach the Headmistress before hand with a note from her parent and she should take advantage of leave if it is granted only for grave reasons. Absence without permission will be considered seriously
  • No pupil will absent himself/herself from our examination except for the reasons previously approved by the Headmistress. in case of illness, a medical certificate should be produced.
  • Students will not be allowed to leave school early unless parents/guardian present a written note to the Headmistress.
  • No books,magazins,Newspapers,Albums,CD's mobile phones,Video games,Camaras other than those permitted by the Headmistress,shall be brought to school and circulated among the students.
  • No collection of money is allowed without the prior permission of the Headmistress.
  • Every pupil should take care of his/her personal belongings. School authorities do not assume responsibility for loss of such belongings.
  • Name of the student class and section should be marked on the personal belongings to facilitate recovery when lost in the school premises.
